Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the customer has accepted the quotation and paid a deposit.

Raffanini reserves the event date exclusively for the client upon confirmation of the booking.

Menu Selection

Customers may select up to four pizza varieties for their event, including up to two Signature and/or Speciale pizzas. These selected pizza varieties will be served throughout the event. Additional pizzas will be prepared from the customer's selected menu and charged in accordance with Raffanini's current pricing.

Changes to menu selections should be requested no less than 7 days prior to your event and will not be possible once preparation has commenced.

 Deposits

A 50% deposit will be required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid 14 days before the event.

Deposits are non-refundable except where Raffanini is unable to provide the agreed services.

 Client Cancellations

If a booking is cancelled by the client:

• 30+ days before the event: booking deposit will be refunded.

• 14–30 days before the event: 50% of the quoted amount payable.

• Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of the quoted amount payable.

Raffanini may, at its sole discretion, waive or reduce cancellation fees in exceptional circumstances.

 Changes to Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Increases in guest numbers may be accommodated subject to availability.

Reductions in guest numbers less than seven days out from the event will still be charged at the confirmed number.

 Weather and Outdoor Events

Raffanini caters at both indoor and outdoor events.

The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe catering location is available.

Where severe weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical for Raffanini to operate, including but not limited to extreme wind, storms, flooding, total fire bans or government-imposed restrictions, Raffanini will work with the client to:

• relocate the service to a suitable area;

• reschedule the event; or

• provide an alternative solution where possible.

Where an event cannot proceed due to severe weather or circumstances beyond either party's control, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Circumstances Beyond our Control

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform their obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, power outages or venue closures.

Access and Site Requirements

The client must provide suitable access for vehicle, trailer and equipment setup.

Any restrictions relating to venue access, parking, power, noise or operating conditions must be disclosed prior to the event.

Food Safety and Dietary Requirements

Raffanini takes reasonable care in the preparation of all food.

Clients must advise of any dietary requirements or food allergies when making their booking.

While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, Raffanini cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Payment

Final payment terms will be outlined in the quotation and must be paid in accordance with the agreed terms.

Acceptance

Acceptance of a quotation and payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these Booking Terms & Conditions.
